Hello po mga atty,
Sana po may makasagot sa ilang questions para po dun sa kaso ko nas estafa..
The case has been dismissed and I was asked to pay 51K with 1% intereset until fully paid. When I received that resolution I'm out of job and hard up..the complaint filed a motion for reconsideration and the reolution was set aside and reverse..Now the case is the criminal court. I already posted a bail and today I went to the court for the arraignment.
1) The complaint (hopefully) agrees with the settlement pero which amount should I pay? 51K lang po kasi set aside ung first rsolution or shoud it be 51K with interest?
2) Should I cooperate with the complainant for the scheme of payment o sa mediation center na lang po ako pupunta woith the scheme?
3) If ever di kami magkaayos on Nov.18, anu na po ang mangyayari?
