if you had a family together, you can arguably file a case for damages. if not more than 100k, consider a small claims case. no lawyer needed but you will need to prove your allegations.

How can I prove my allegation sir?umabot na po kasi kami sa point na nagkasabunutan na kami at pinalalabas nya po na binugbug daw po nmn sya ng 2 ko pang kaibgan pero ang totoo po ay hindi ni galos ay wala akong nagawa sknya and ung isa ko pong friend ksabunutan nmn yung ksama rin nyang kaibigan nya? nauna po nola akong ipablotter what should i do po?
