what action may be filed if there is boundary dispute? yun title nung may ari nung katabing lupa sakop yung portion nung sa amin, dun sa aming title, sa amin talaga yun, in fact lumalabas pa na may na encroach pa nga sila.

I really need some help pls help me naman po may problema po kasi ako bumili po kasi kami ng lote tapos pinatitulohan po namin pero ang problema may roon dalawang bahay ang pasok sa bondory namin half po ng bahay nila kaya lang pinatawag namin sa barangay di naman kami sineseryoso sila pa ang galit 3 years na kasi tong problema super stress na ako sa kanila kasi un isang may ari ng bahay di po pumupunta ng brgy lagi daw wala lagin umaalis ano po ba ang dapat no process dito help me naman po

Wala naman po kasi silang papers kasi penatira din lang sila doon ang nakakainis lang po kasi nag pahaba sila ng bahay tapos dinila tinanong kong sino ang may ari tapos ngayon kami ang nakabili tapos tapos lumabas sa sukat na lumampas sila
