Hi.i just want to ask how can I file a case against 3 of my former office mate who borrowed almost more than twenty thousand pesos and after only a month of payment they have stopped paying. I have a contract that is notarized and we already filed a blotter at their barangay. I hope you can give me an advice because we need the money.

if your contract is a contract of loan, im afraid you can only file a civil case of collectionof sum of money unless you can prove that deceit was employed fro you to part with your money
