can i sue my sister for not supporting our mother? what grounds?

Ako po ang youngest saming magkapatid, Dentista po siya, pero ako po ang gumagastos sa lahat ng pangangailangan ng mother namin. single po siya.

Legally speaking, it is not the obligation of the child to support her parents but it has been a Filipino culture that children take care of their parents in old age.
