- I was with this employer for more than 4 years. I have hypertension and mas ng trigger yun after I gave birth to my second child. Admittedly nagiging madalas absent ko dahil lagi ng shoot up bp ko but I always provided them medcert. Last year, 2012 i was given NTE for my frequent abcenses. Then bigla nlng pinatawag ako ng manager ko asking me to resign instead of terminating me. I know my fault ako kasi lage ako absent and pinoint out din nila sakin un but i though lahat nmn may proof and documented with medcert so it would be an excuse. but they come up with telling me na kesyo na PIP daw ako before s previous account ko. e once lang nmn un and lahat kami binigyan sa team after that wala na. Then sabi pa sakin nung lawyer na kasama ng manager ko na kesyo may time nga daw na di ako nagperform kaya nilipat ako sa ibang account. Which is not true!
Alam ko pinagtutulungan nila ako para mapilitan ako magresign. And sabi pa ng lawyer, pumayag nalang daw ako kesa nmn sa iterminate nila ako tapos babayaran pa ako nang tinatawag nila na health assistance.
Im thinking if lawful ung gnawa nila sakin and dapat tlaga ako tanggalin bakit kelangan nila ako bayaran. though pabor sakin ung money, wala pa ako malilipatan and they wanted to let me sign immediately. Napilitan ako kasi feeling ko wala nmn na ako magagawa.
dahil di pwedeng magutom ung family ko, I was forced to accept a job na mas mababa ang basic pay ko basta di ako mabakante ng work ng matagal but it ruined me and my market value.
Please advice if there is any legal actions that I can do.
