My wife and i have been separated for over a year now, we recently signed a separation and child custody agreement. Question, would this agreement stand out in any court proceeding in the future especially on cases of child custody. Thanks

it depends what it says, support and custody arrangements can be recognized if reasonable. but property relations and allowing new partners will not be upheld.
