20 years old po ako ng Iriga City, Camarines Sur. Magpapakasal na po kami ng Boyfriend ko pero wala po akong Parent Consent at alam kong hindi po pipirma ng consent ang mga magulang ko dahil "itinakwil" na nila ako. Pwede na po bang magpakasal kahit 20 years old pa lang na wala nang parent Consent? Kelangan ko po ng advise. Thank you.

I've read na marriage without consent is valid until annuled. So may idea po ako na pwede ngang ikasal. anyway, wala naman na po pakialam parents ko. Pero nung inaasikaso na po namin ang Marriage License, the Civil registrar is saying na hindi daw po pwede na walang parent consent. Anu po kaya pwedeng resolve? Ayoko naman na po na lumapit sa parents ko at makiusap na pumirma dahil alam ko po sa ugali nila na hindi sila pipirma. Kelangan na din po namin magpakasal para naman legal na kaming magsama tutal ang boyfriend ko naman na ang tinuturing akong pamilya.

Aww :/ we have the same problem po. Ako naman 20 yrs old at yung gf ko 18 namumrublema ako sa parentalconsent na kinakailangan sa kasal please help -.-

In re wutout prior consent of parents : Yes you can however the marriage is voidable, meaning its valid until annulled. Pero kung d nio aanul EDI valid pa dn.

THE BEST SOLUTION: Just wait until you are 21. By then you will not need parental consent, but only parental advice and when you cannot obtain that, there will only be a slight delay in the issuance of the marriage license but there will be no longer any diriment impediment that would render the marriage voidable.
