Hello po.
I have been an employee of a BPO company here in Clark, Pampanga for almost 5 years. I started as a Customer Service Representative. Last May of 2013, I was trained as a technical support representative. I was informed that I will get a one thousand peso increase after being certified. My colleagues who were also certified as technical support representatives got their increase. It is now September and I still have not received my one thousand peso increase. Aas far as I know, technical support representatives do get one thousand peso increases.
I have been contacting our HR for how many times now but I think I am being given the run around.
Please help.
