buyer.They are no.1 in list of complaint.you can see the wrong doing
of this housing developer in web site blog./HLURB /NHA /HUDCC/inbestigador /isumbong mo kay tulfo and COA they cheated
there buyer and delaying the process of buyers document . in their
add its very friendly and amazing company but in actual they cheated
you. This is PROPERTY COMPANY OF FRIENDS INC.known as pro-friends so be aware of this company.BEFORE YOU BECOME ONE OF
ANOTHER VICTIMS of this company

To.ALL HOUSING BUYER,
Please don't be afraid to complaint to proper authority regarding your problem in your housing. if you don't do it. you only giving them a chance to do it again.you dont need to pay a legal charges only
you need to do is complaint letter to HLURB / NUDCC.

FOR;Our new housing buyer,
please read this check the housing developer company statues if they good regarding to buyer
and get some information . download information in web site government law for buyers right and required document to developer. pd.957 / pd.6552 /pd.890 before you processed allot of our buyer
have been cheated by this developer and they don't afraid to do it again.... so please be aware of
cheater developer.
