hello guys just wanna ask how do u compute moral and exemplary damages? 2 na kasi kmeng employee ng company nmen na ngfile ng case... mejo mataas yung position nmen sa company so we wanted to know pano yun nacocompute incase makipagsettlement kame...

4 years of service... both constructive dismissal po..

in my cases at nlrc, i just always ask for 100k each.
