Hi gud pm. Ask ko lng po kung gano katagal ang pag papatitulo ng lupa pagkatapos ito pasuktan. Lahat mg documents ay available na at wala problema sa aming mga taga pagmana. For assistance with the processing, titling and registration of your land, you can best be assisted by your geodetic surveyor.

So why process it yourself? When you can do a lot of things while waiting for it to be processed on your behalf?

Just tell your co-owners that you will have to accumulate enough fund to finance the processing.

bale ok na po yung funds namin at may surveyor na po kami. ang pagsusukat ay magaganap sa huwebes (August 30, 2013) gusto ko lang po sanang malaman yung estimated days na maisa tititulo na. Like aabot po ba ng 2 weeks or more than pa. Salamat po talaga.

Whenever you transmitted and entered your complete documentary requirements to the Registry of Deeds, 2 weeks is enough to process your titling transaction. However, sometimes it exceeded because of the findings and lackings with your documents. Kung hindi ka nman nagmamadali, try to understand them na lang and expect mo ng one month sya kasi hindi lang nman ikaw yung nagta-transaction sa kanila... kung nagmamadali ka nman pwede mo nman silang pakiusapan in a right way. thanks

tanong ko lang po paano yun pwede kung gawin para matransfer sa name ko yun title ng lupa ng lola ko. Bali po kc ako na lang yun relatives na malapit natitira, patay na yun mga anak nya. wala sana ko balak ipa-transfer pa sakin kaya yun sa lolo ko asawa ng lola ko nakikialam dahil sa kapatid daw nila yun. pero yun title nang lupa sa lola ko nakapangalan talaga. lahat ng documents hawak ko, at nasanla din po e2 sa tao bago sya namatay ako na rin ang tumubos pero wala kahit ano kasulatan. trust lang talaga.
