Arresto Menor

Hi. I would like to consult sa acquisition ng condominium. Daughter po is 6 years old lang. Father is a foreigner and wants the title to be under his name and daughter's name. Hindi po married ang foreigner and mother. Possible po ba mag sign ng contract ang bata? Need pa ba magbayad ng donor's tax? Thanks.

If I remember it correctly, may limit ang percentage ng ownership ng foreigners sa condominium buildings. So I suggest you have the documentation analyzed by a lawyer.
