Argue that you were compelled to do act, and the one taking the video (hidden or not) is your husband himself.
You are an accomplice of your own trouble.
A husband who would consent such act is not a loving husband; set yourself free and way far from him.
This is not a situation I would be most comfortable with; I better get out of the kitchen before it is too late.

it's not that easy to validate a video and use it in evidence. if the husband says he took the video, then i would argue that he gave consent to the adultery. if not, and the videographer cannot be produced, then it would be inadmissible.
he also makes himself vulnerable to a charge anti-voyeurism law.
