what should be the case to file in my situation...

my partner is married with 4 kids and his wife has already have 2 kids with other guy. we lived together for almost 3 years. last july i found out in our apartment that he has a new girlfriend. we have 1 daughter. what case can i file?

and they both employed in the same institution. ano pong case ang pwede ifile eventhough hindi ako ang legal wife pero may anak kami.

i feel for you... we're on the same situation.. pero wala yta tyo maipa-file since we are not the legal wife... kami nga we got married pa.. though hindi naghahabol un first wife since she has her own family na rn nman and my husband's family is really treating me as the legal wife.. wla ako sinirang family coz they were living separately n when i entered the picture.. un bagong mistress ng husband ko which is only 23 y/o mas matapang p sken... katwiran nya pareho lng kmi at mas lamang pa dw xa dahil mahal dw sya ng asawa ko..

hindi rin naman po ako nanira ng pamilya kc when i entered in this situation, lumayas na ng bahay nila ang legal wife and sumama na dun sa pulis na kinakasama nya ngaun. they have 2 kids na. malinis ang pagpasok ko sa pamilya nya. marami kaming naging problema, katulad sa workplace namin. that time kc ng mabuntis ako, we're both on the same institution. kaya ang ginawa ko, nagresign ako para sa mga anak nya, para matapos ang kahihiyan at usapn about sa amin,,, kaso ngaun ginawa ulit nya ang ngyari sa amin dati.... ang karelasyon nya ngaun, high school filipin teacher at in fairness mas matapang pa sa akin. ang ihahabol ko na lang po ngaun eh ang support nya sa anak namin.

question lng, di ba pg teacher bawal yun ganyan? di mo ba sila pwede ireklamo ng immorality? nagtatanong lang po?

yes...pareho po sila teacher.. kaso pano po ako makakareklamo? di naman po kami kasal. eto rin nga po question ko kaya ako nagpost dito. and may mga threat na po ako galing sa pamilya nya na pag nawalan ng work itong EX ko, susugurin daw po ako ng mama nya at guguluhin dito sa workplace ko.

sa dep ed naman kahit sino asawa man kapitbahay o anybody na magreklamo bout this kind of immorality basta kaya mo patunayan pwd po...punta k po division ofis nila tas dun ka mag file.

nasa private institution po kasi sila.. eh ang balita po dun, magpapakasal daw sila.. eh kasal pa po ang lalaki sa legal wife nya.

pwd din dun mismo sa principal o supervisor ng skol, bring this nso marriage cert with the reciept na patunay na up to this moment may asawa pa sya kc sa resibo andun ung date kung kelan mo kinuha ung marriage cert..
