Kailangan ko lang po ng Legal advice sa jumper case na ginawa ng tennant sa unit na penarerentahan na hipag ko. Nasa Taiwan po ako nung nagyari ito. Ang may-bahay ko lang ang namamhala at wla syang alam sa bagay na ganun. Ngayon po ay may nagrenta dun sa unit na pinarerentahan. Ngayon po ay iji-namper po yung dalawang bahay. Ngayon po ay nahuli ng MERALCO at ako ay pinagmumulta ng 1/2 milyon.
Ano po ang KARAPATAN ko bilang may-ari ng bahay at paano po ang prosesong gagawin para mapanagutan ang gnawa nila. Kasi wla po talga akong pambayad n ganung halaga. OFW lang po ako...

where is your tenant now? you will have to present evidence that the unit was for lease and it was the tenant who placed the jumper. show the rental lease contract and proof of payment of rentals. add the fact that you were in taiwan when this happened and that it benefited only that unit and not your household.

unfortunately, the electricity provider might cut your supply, and you will have to file a case at energy regulatory commission or in the court to have it restored. if the unit has a separate meter then only that unit's electricity should be cut and not to your main household.
