(When I answered an other question, I noticed I don't know this 
I have read long time lease contracts follow the LAND UNDEPENDING of who own it (=The lease contract is still valid if the land is sold or inherited)
but where to REGISTER lease contracts, to avoid a land buyer get chance to claim he don't have to follow it, because he didn't knew there was a lease contract, because he was suppoused to know by the registration?
