Property Selling

Hi Sirs! Badly need your advise.


My Property po kami na binebenta and currently my nagrerent na gas station on a monthly basis.

Owners are: A,B,C. (1 title)

Owner A - Buhay pa po sya. ( Willing to Sell)
Owner B - Deceased, executed a Deed of donation to 1 person ( Willing to Sell)

Owner C - Deceased, left 6 siblings all legal age.
(2 out of 6 is not willing to sell)

Meron na po kaming extra Judicial settlement at itong dalawa ring binaggit ang hindi nakapirma Because they are OFW.

We feel na delaying tactics ang ginagawa nila because of their hidden agenda.


Tanong: Pwede pa rin po ba namin ituloy ang bentahan knowing na my 2 out 6 sa share ni owner C is not willing to sell and the rest ay pumapayag ibenta?
