Good day po, nasa sales po ako, magtatanong lang po sana ako kung may karapatan po ba ang employer na ibawas sa akin ang ilang porsiyento ng mga uncollected payment ng tao ko na nagresign na?

Salamat po sa inyong response attyLLL, sa ngayon po ay nkakuha ako ng copy ng computation ng back pay ko and malaki po ang kaltas nila sa akin gawa ng mga uncollected payments ng tao ko b4, ask ko lng po kung ano po b ang dapat kong gawin? Tnx in advance po atty
