Arresto Menor

I am 33 years old, married in the Philippines and currently working in the United Kingdom. I have filed an annulment with my husband in 2011, the case is still on its process until now, but I have a boyfriend here in the UK, and I gave birth to our kid last year. Is there any way my husband could file a case against me and my boyfriend, provided that we aren't legally annulled yet in the Philippines. Thank You. I would also like to add that only my closest relatives know about me having a child with someone else. Please help me, I badly need a legal advice on this.

i don't know if adultery is considered a criminal offense in the UK, but if it is, that is the only place where he can file the case.
