Hi, I am a first year law student. Midterms is coming. And I admit, Ive never seen a Law Exam in my life. Do you guys have samples that might help us what to expect? Specially for subjects like Persons, Crim Law and Constitutional Law.
Thank you.

Usually essay type of test yan, just like the Bar exams

there are questions answerable by a yes or no then you will have to explain your answer by providing your basis or the law applicable to the case and then relate that to the question. you may also be required to enumerate, cite certain provisions, cite jurisprudence.

eto how to answer essay type questions

Unfortunately, walang questions sa samplex. Puro answers lang. Sad Sorry. Anyways, essay type sya and all answers are supported by either case or law, or sometimes both. Sa type of questions, merong true or false, essay and yung MCQ pero supported by essay pa rin. Basta na consume nila yung isang exam booklet. Tapos the students are required to use fountain pen. Sorrryyy.

I have a question For example, you stated an article as your basis:

Every person, in the exercise of his rights and in the performance of his duties, act with justice, give everyone his due and observe honesty and respect and good faith. (Art. 19 NCC)

Is your answer automatically wrong if you misquote what was stated in the article? Even your reasoning is correct. Please, I need an enlightenment on this one.
