good day po,
scenario: ang girl po ay nagpakasal noong 1990's at dinaya po nya ang age nya that time para po makapagpakasal 16yrs old sya noon at ginawang 18,  naghiwalay na po sila ng asawa nya noon at 10yrs na silang hiwalay, nagpakasal po sya ulit ngayon sa isang japan citizen , bigamy po ba yun?

No! tehnically null and void yung first marriage nya because she is considered under age at the time. But this has to be processed through.

it would depend on the law of japan. but under PH law, it is.

Marriage outside Philippines is not under Philippines jurisdiction. But if she get married at the Philippines Embassy, then it will be recorded and forwarded to NSO then it becomes bigamy.
