Hi.
Sorry I'm not good at any Filipin language yet, but if I understood your text corect:

You don't tell you age. It's different for different ages. Under/up to (?) 25 the marriage need to get parental approval, so if younger without that, then I suppose the marriage would be illegal, or would be stoped by officials from happen, because the needed documents are not compleete.

Concerning keeping it secret, if it's done far enough from where your parents live it will be registred THERE, and if you don't register it where your parents live too, then your parents don't see it local.

But in most cases I recomend NOT to marry secret to avoid disagreeing parents. It depend of reason they disagree. PERHAPS they by experience see something bad with your partner, making them disagree, wanting to try to you will be sad later in a sad marriage.

(One of my sisters asked for my advice, when she hesitated to say Yes to a proposal. I answered: "If your marriage will break it will be you, he will never leave you." Now she has been happily married for many years, having a very good husband.
My other sister didn'tt listen when both I and my other sister said "Nooooooooooooooooooooo" concerning a man she thought of marrying. Now she has a crapy husband Laughing  Well. There are worse, he don't drink, hit her or such, he even say good oppinions, but he never follow what he say himself, almost never do anything useful. Not working because he is lazy and almost not do anything useful at home with their house either, my sister have to work full time to bring in the money and take care of almost all in household as well as house repairs, while her husband stands beside doing nothing else than saying how to do it...)

BUT if your partner is good and do the best he/she can, and your parents just disaprove because they want you to marry rich, then I say marry anyway IF you find it OK to stand the pressure from your family. NO USE of a secret marriage, in the long run you will need to tell your parents anyway. I mean marry anyway and TELL your parents, if you are old enough to not need parental approval, otherwice wait until you get old enough.

darna, AS I ALWAYS SAY, there are other ways to express your commitment to each other. you have any idea how many post here asking about annulment after a secret marriage?

try living in together. if you feels so strongly about it, screw your parents. but at least give yourself the wiggle room not to make an irreversible mistake.

Mahirap ang annulment kung sakali. Isip isip muna. Hindi lahat nakukuha sa emosyon. Legally speaking though wala pong secret marriage kasi kelangan ng ceremony at testigo.
