Hi , I would just like to ask about my situation.
The scene started when we, me and my family having a videoke affair (only a DVD player/and 2 speaker) , it was sunday 11:00 in the morning. Were used to have a videoke for our family bonding. And their was this nieghbor of ours complained about the sounds because theyre area is shaking daw. In which their house is placed 3rd from our house. And so at that time.. we really slow the volume. We were just shocked when we received a summon from our brgy that she really filed a complain in our brgy hall regarding with that issue. So out of our anger, my sister posted in her facebook which states that:
May kapitbahay talagang nagreklamo sa brgy dahil daw sa sounds namin 11am Sunday . Eh yumanig daw lupa nila. A very nonsense in deed..
And after that many commented on her post which says:
Me: Paranoid lang talaga yang kapitbahay nayan walang peace of mind sa kanila. baka minumulto.. hehehe
My friend: Eh suki nang brgy naman yan ( in which its true many of our neighbors who were complained at the brgy without any sense.)
And after that we received a summon from the brgy regarding with the post of my sister, and our comments
She wants to file a LIBEL case with this... IS this libel?
We already settled in brgy together with my friend.. And she demanded us to have an AFFIDAVIT OF UNDER OATH.
Just this moment.. we already passed our uNder Oath stating their not to post any comments in facebook referring to her. But she return our letter cause its wrong daw. We have to really state our comments daw sa letter.
Ano gagawin namin... Pls help.. Thanks
