Hi!

I would like to seek assistance on my birthday.

My Birth Cert acquired from our Municipality, it was indicated that I was born January 12, 1988.

My Birth Cert acquired from NSO Office, it was indicated that I was born on January 6, 1988.

Truly, I was born on January 12, 1988. How would I correct the date it was indicated in NSO? How long it will be process? Payment?
