Atty, I badly need your advice with my situation now. Last month all my personal valuables such as jewelries,cps and including my 2nd hand purchased motorcycle were stolen by my bf when I was at that time at work.Total amount is 60thou+. Can I sue him for Qualified Theft since there obviously exist a grave abuse of confidence? And he had access to my room since he has a duplicate copy of my door key.
Pls help me. Really need your help on what to do?
