hi po.. gusto ko po sna mgconsult about s custody ng cousin ko. my cousin-9 has been with us for 5 yrs since his father died, 2-3 days aftr d burial his partner ( not married) went back to singapore to work leaving my cousin wid us. my parents gave evrything to him education and necessities. we took really good care of him. his mom barely give financial support. now, his mom decided to get back his child from us and leave him to the province with her aunt. my questions are:
a. can we have a full custody of the child?
b. what charges can we file to the mother? negligent- abandonment
c. what can we do to have the custody of the child?
