Good Day!
i got a letter from the Father of my daughter today,telling me that he report me to the police station because i text him calling his girlfriend a "whore".yes,its true i did text him something like that but its only because i heard some people say she was a whore and that some guys chase her and even ask him(the father of my daughter)if he allow them to f**k her.is it sued for libel?

Yes! if you are not certain with your accusation and its just a hear say, you might as well keep your mouth shut! otherwise, you can be sued for your action.
