badly need you help.. grandma of my dad already passed away way way back ago.. and left title of the land partition suppostedly into seven heirs.. but since the son of grandma stil alive and wants to subdivide all the share they made some falcification papers that the owner grandma still alive and signed some papers to subdivide the title.. they hired a person to handle that, a free lancer dont know whats the name of his job but he is not even a lawyer..now the freelancer want us to pay more just to get our share on the land title.. pls i need your advise ,thanks.
