good evening po,
i have availed motorcycle loan 3 years ago in terms of also 3 years so it means maeexpire na sya in any moment but i hav'nt paid in 27 months and they have not asked for any explanation, hindi ko rin po alam kung pinapatubo lang nila yung utang ko or whatsoever, tanong ko lang po kung pwede ako mag appeal for reconstruction of loan terms or appeal for interest discount. the loan amount is 64k with interest naging 118k and i have paid 24k already. thanks po
