Hello po nais ko po sana ipalabor ang amo ko dahil po sa loob ng 1 year ay 250 lang per day ang bayad nya kahit na meron syang more than 10 employees hindi rin sya naghuhulog ng sss,pagibig,philhealth dahil daw po after one year pa ang hulog nya sa kanyang mga empleyado 12 hours din ang duty ko at araw araw. Meron na po syang 15 branches at 40 na po kami lahat na nagtatrabaho sa kanya kaya may nakapagsabi saakin na ipalabor namin ng malaman po nya na ako ang pasimuno ng pagpapalabor nagalit po sya pinapapirma nya ako at pinapaalis pinewersa nya ako pumirma pinahiya nya ko sa madaming tao. Ngayon ay wala na ko sa work na yun dahil pinilit nya ko umalis kaya buo na ang aking desisyon na lumaban ang tanong ko po ay wala po akong naitagong payslip pero may time card naman po ako pwede pa din kaya iyon ilaban kahit walang payslip?

that scenario appears to be a case of constructive dismissal. you can file a complaint. With regards to your contributions to government mandated benefits, you can seek help to SSS, HDMF and PHIC. Its good that you have a copy of your DTR, it could be use as an evidence
