hi.. i have a friend who had a relationship with this married man.. just few months a go.. the wife found out about them and had in her possession a copy of their Facebook chats.. in their case, concubinage is not applicable because their relationship is long distance..they only see each other few times in a year.. the wife had been threatening my friend and his husband that she's going to file legal cases if they don't follow her conditions. My questions are: are the cases the wife can file to my friend bailable? is the Facebook chat  a strong evidence although the guy used other name in his account? what actions can my friend do to fight against the wife? and lately we found out that the wife has a mental problem, can she use that against her? I will appreciate your answers sincerely. Please do not judge my friend. I just really need this information. Thanks.

if she files a case, i would ask that those chats be excluded from evidence because it would be a violation of the privacy of communication

Evidence presented is not sufficient and would rather constitute another violation.
Yes, a spouse being mentally ill can be a ground for annulment.
