illegitimate child

hi! ahm illegitimate child po ang anak ko . pag nagpakasal po ba kami ng papa niya pwede namin siya i.adopt para maging legitimate ?

Hi!
I'd been married for more than 10 yrs,half of which was in total despair.My husband is not supporting us for 7 yrs and went back to his mother. I also filed a physical injury case against him. My sister believes that he is suffering from severe obsession. I am out of the country and left our 4 children to my mother. I don't have enough fund if i'll file a legal separation but my question is: is it true that our marriage will easily be nulled and void because of his mental condition. He is sending me disturbing text messages and i am keeping all his emails and text msgs just in case the cour will need those. I don't want to be reconciled with him because I fear for my safety. Please advise.
