I've worked for an online tutorial company. At first we were told that we don't have an internet connection so we were advised not to go to work the next day. After that we were called for a general meeting. during the meeting we were told that the company and the account we had, had a conflict and the company will not continue to give our srevice to them. Sa madaling sabi, wala na po kaming work. Ang sabi sa amin ng company, sasahod kami hanggang katapusan. Actually this happened last May 22. Ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin?

may contract ba kayo don?? gano na kayo katagal?? sino nagpapasahod sa inyo?? may benefits ba like SSS, philhealth? nagbabayad ba kayo nang tax?

Meron po, kaka pirma ko pa lang po ng for regular nung May 1, pero sabi ng HR namin, for approval pa daw yun, pwede po ba yung ganung. Kinakaltasan po kami ng SSS, pagibig at Philhealth.

hindi pa po nag coclose ang company pero lumipat na sila ng office at nagpalit na po ng pangalan. wala pa kaming natatanggap na severance pay. bukas daw po, ibibigay ang huling sahod.
