just wanna ask about labor code..can you be terminated if you are not participating in company activities, like summer outing and christmas parties? also, is it stated in the labor code that although bonuses are the company's prerogative to give, can they reduce or stop giving bonuses even if it has been practiced by the company since the beginning of your employment.
