Arresto Menor

Gud pm, need some advice po regarding sa case ng pamangkin ko kase gusto po syang kasuhan ng libel dahil dw po sinabihan nya daw yung nagdedemanda ng bobo, shunga at tanga e sa totoo naman e di sya ung nagsabi nun kundi ung ibang mga nagcomment sa wall post nya. Ganu po kalakas ang kasong libelo kung wala naman at nabubura na ung sinasabinG post na yon? Pwede po bang tumakbo ang kaso kung wala naman na ung ebidensyang magpapatunay sa kasong isinasampa? Need your urgent reply.thank you ang god bless po!
