i just wanna ask if what is the process will gonna do, coz we are buying a lot and the lot is owned by our uncle and auntie, indicate in the title( name of my uncle married to name of our auntie as owner of the lot..) sorry just to make sure, does that mean that they are the both owner of the lot? coz i really don't have understanding in this matter. so we are buying the lot, but my uncle is dead already and my auntie is still alive. so what's the process of buying the lot, who is involve in the transaction? in the deed of sale? and what's the process in transferring the lot title?thanks.
