we are planning to buy a lot from a subdivision that is already paid in full payment to the developer by the seller.. but
1. It is not tittled yet, according to the seller, she only have the certificate of full payment and ownership.. how can we verify that the lot is not engage in any liens and encumbrances?
2. and how to find out how true that the lot has no tittle yet.
3. how to make a deed of absolute sale when the buyer is abroad. I am only her represntative. she's born filipino but lost her filipino citezenship years ago.
