Hi, atty. just want to ask if project-based employees don't get severance pay? The reason for the termination is na-pull out po yung account. I've already gotten my last pay which includes my 13th month pay, tax refund and SL/VL conversion. I've been with the company for 1 year and 4 months.

unfortunately, the law does not require severance pay for project based employees when the project has ended.
