Good morning..
My brother had been charged of illegal possession of firearms & comelec gunban last May 17, 2013. Here's the scenario: My brother negotiated a sale of a licensed .45 caliber gun in behalf of my cousin thru sulit.com. "Buyer" turned out to be a police officer and the day(5/17/13) of the sale turned out to be an entrapment operation. "Buyer" refused to deal w/ the owner thus, when my brother decided to deal w/ the "buyer" himself, he was arrested. Is there any technicalities on that operation? What's the best step we should do and is it possible to bail him out?
