illegal possesion of firearms, grave threat and obstruction of justice

Dear Atty:

My female pregnant employee will sue a co-employee of illegal possesion of firearms, grave threat and maybe obstruction of justice. My questions are:
1) Are the cases enumerated above bailable if they are filed together and if yes, more or less how much is the bail?
2) If the defendant disposes his high powered gun and tells the judge/fiscal that his gun was low powered, is there any hope that he can still receive the penalty for illegally possessing high powered guns?
3) If he will be convicted in all or at least two cases, more or less how long will he stay in jail? ( minimum)
4) And if he gets convicted with at least 2 cases or all, can he still avail of probation?

yes, they are bailable.

i doubt he'll admit he has a gun. it is the burden of the accuser to prove it.

He sidelines as an intelligence agent and has a gun which "might" not be licensed until lately because of his legal problem. He threatened to shoot his co-employee who is a pregnant woman because of a slight misunderstanding not just once but twice. He may not meant it literally but nevertheless he did threatened her. My female pregnant worker wants him dismissed from the intelligence, revoked of his gun, fired from my firm and jailed. But recently I "believed" he had his gun licensed but only after he realised he had legal problems. Another question, is it true that even if his gun is "just licensed", he can still suffer a legal defeat because he had it licensed after he realised he would be sued? Thanks and God bless.

you can check at the pnp in crame when he acquired his license. she should file complaints with the intelligence unit, employer and prosecutor
