--may karapatan ba ang anak kong makakakuha ng suporta galing sa GSIS ng ama nia na retired AFP?
lagi kasi sinasabi wala daw siyang pera/ illegitimate ung anak ko.. naawa ako sa ank ko ala na ngang tatay di pah tinutulungan 1 yr old and 9 mos pa lang .. kung maaari pwede pa ba niang idaddag (RETIRED AFP PERSONNEL) ung anak ko sa list of dependents sa GSIS?!kasi un ang sasabihin ko sa kanya // pwede din po kayo mag reply sa email ko

oo, kung sa sss nga, pwedeng i add ang illegitimate, sa gsis pa kaya (teka atty, tama po ba itong satsat ko dito?)

"(f) Dependents — Dependents shall be the following: (a) the legitimate spouse dependent for support upon the member or pensioner; (b) the legitimate, legitimated, legally adopted child, including the illegitimate child, who is unmarried, not gainfully employed, not over the age of majority, or is over the age of majority but incapacitated and incapable of self-support due to a mental or physical defect acquired prior to age of majority; and (c) the parents dependent upon the member for support;


i guess kasama nga po anak nyo

pero kahit retired nah AFP pwede pa po magpalit ng dependents o mag dagdag ?? kasi un nalang po ang ipapagawa ko sa tatay ng anak ko na hindi naman sumusuporta .we're not on good terms

better consult a good attorney who can draft a good DEMAND LETTER for you. good luck po neil
