April 24 2013, the company E**** received complained from the customer, April 26,2013 I received NTE ( Notice to Explain) with directive to explain in writing in 48 hrs, why no administrative charges be filed against me for possible violation of RULE IV- Negligence of Offical Duties SEC- F Inefficiency /Incompetence in the performance. April 27,2013 I had submitted my explanation "Na inaamin ko na naman na hindi ko na check ang na issue ko sa production. I am only the fabricator of gauge used in production during their machining, dadaan pa po ito sa QC para sa Quality checking. May 2,2013 pina received ako ng Decision of 30 days suspension. Meron na po akong naunang DA ( Deciplinary Action ) Last July 20,2012 pero ito po ay under RULE # IV with penalty of Written Warning and noong Nov 26, 2012 under RULE # II nagkaroon po ako ng 2 weeks suspension dito. Sabi po ng HR kaya umabot ng 30 days ay dahil sa halaga ng na reject.
Tama po ba ito na kahit hindi nmn ako Q.C (Quality Control). Wala pong nangyaring hearing or investigation maliban sa NTE. Both NTE and Decision letter has no sign or acknowledgement of my supervisor.
Last year pa po nila ako inaalok na bayaran kaya lang 25% lang daw po ang ibbigay nila sakin in fact na ako po ay 8 yrs na in service. nakikiusap ako na kahit in 50% ang ibayad nila sakin.
Pero di po sila pumapayag.
Tama po ba itong mag file ako ng illegal suspension at magpabayad ng 100%? Ano po ba ang puwede ko I file na case at ano ang mga puwede ko ma Claim.
