Hi, good day! I work in a call center company. Last November 2012, I was promoted to a higher post. This of course warranted a salary increase. But until now, May 2013, eh wala pa din increase. 6 months na since I got promoted. Ang laging sinasabi ng Managers is nasa HR department na daw ng company yung case, inaasikaso na. But this is the same explanation I've been hearing for 2 months na at wala pa din resulta.

Ano po bang legal steps ang pwedeng gawin? And malakas ba laban ko sa case na to?

hi sir. what if i write them a letter, an opportunity to fix the issue like in a week. And nothing happens, pwede ko na ba dalin sa DOLE?

kaka check ko lang kasi ng gross report for this Friday payout, wala pa din adjustments. parang gusto ko na mag consult sa lawyer para mapabilis, wala kasi ako masyado alam sa ganto.

Actually, yun nga problem sir. medyo dehado. wala pa ko pinipirmahan dahil sa HR namin na napakabagal. kesyo pinoprocess pa daw, signature na lang daw ng CEO hinihintay. but 6 months na ko sa new post ko, di ko na kaya mag intay pa.

Definitely may increase sa basic salary. Kaso yun lang, walang copy since "pinoprocess pa daw".

What can you advise po? Thanks.

until you have that in writing you can not demand for it.. they can deny it lang.. i suggest you just keep on following up.. don't do anything harsh as they might just delay it more..

yun lang... wala pala ko laban. parang wala na kasi progress e, every payout na lang puro follow up. they will promise something pero it never materializes.. like they will give a closure date para sa pending cases (madami kami waiting for adjustments, around 15 employees) pero pag dating ng date, sasabihin next payout na lang ulit. endless cycle.

gusto ko sana mag-resign kaso baka di naman isama sa backpay yung dispute. Neutral
