Need help pls...mom n dad ko matagal ng separated but not yet legally .. So nung pinanganak lil sis ko from dif father. Isinunod sa father ko apelyido ng kapatid ko .. After 2 years pina late register ni mama sis ko using na ang apelyido ng dad nya she thought ok na lahat ng school records follow na sa dad nya but sa nso apelyido parin ng dad ko lumalabas .. Pano namin to maayos?
