I hope someone can help me answer the questions.
the story goes like this.
Ana send a nasty email to Carla using a different email add which she created to conceal her identity. Then Carla hacked Anas' personal email (the one she really use, not the one used in sending the nasty email) to get info/evidence against Ana. Carla is now using it against Ana. Is this illegal? what is the best thing to do? Is that breach of pricavy?
