Good evening po, tanong ko lang po, ano po ba ang ibig sabihin ng "MOTION TO EXPUNGED"? Ano po ang advantage kapag na-dismissed po TWICE sa fiscal/prosecutor level ang case QUALIFIED THEFT? Sana po ay masagot ninyo ang aking mga katanungan..Salamat po...

Sa Motion to Expunged hinihiling mo sa hukuman na alisin or huwag maisama "kung ano man yun" sa records ng kaso mo.

"Ano po ang advantage kapag na-dismissed po TWICE sa fiscal/prosecutor level ang case"

Malamang walang makitang probable cause para kasuhan ka.
