Hi Atty, magtatanong lang po ako tungkol sa mga government benefits (SSS, Pag-Ibig at PhilHealth). Kelan po ba dapat sinisimulang makaltasan ka dun? Yung contract ko kasi malapit nang irenew. Three months lang yung contract tapos isa nanamang three-month contract yung ibibigay sakin. Sabi sakin ng HR, pagkatapos daw ng 6 months ako pwede makakuha ng SSS, Pag-Ibig at PhilHealth. Tama po ba yun? Salamat po.

pag pasok sa cut off period for the 30th of the month ang 1st salary mo, thats the time you will be deducted for the government mandated benefits which will reflect on the 15th of the next month.
