Good am. I am under a 5year bond and a termination fee is needed in order for me to be cleared from the company. I have filed my resignation and is ready to pay for the termination fee, however, the company is not accepting my payment since they said that I still need to wait for my replacement. Is this legal for them to force me to still work?
One more question., is a contract enforceable even if it is not yet notarized? Thanks!
