just use:
the 2013 syllabi for the 8 bar subjects.
+
those FAMILIAR books, codals, lecture notes, reviewers, memory aids, audio lectures and other law materials that you have used in law school.
WHAT TO DO?
1. just make your personalized reviewers patterned after those syllabi.
2. by using your own law material, you must take down notes for each and every topic or subtopic contained therein.
3. there are, however, certain parts/topics which are too general and not dissected enough like the Civil Law Syllabus.
in this regard, just take down notes of the important and relevant ones --- HOW? --- by using the topics covered in the last 10-20 bar examinations (both essay and MCQs) as a guide.
(e.g. FAMILY CODE - Psychological Incapacity; PROPERTY - EASEMENT - Right of Way, Abatement of Nuisance; PROPERTY - POSSESSION - Hidden Treasure; PROPERTY - ACCESSION - Good Faith/Bad Faith of Builder, Planter and Sower in relation to Immovables etc.)
4. although personalized typewritten reviewers are convenient, personalized handwritten reviewers are highly recommended to sort of train/practice our handwriting for the coming bar exam.
5. your personalized reviewers will be your pre-week materials as well and stick on reading them until the end.
good luck!
